Binwatch - Screenshots:The following is a selection of screenshots for the screens that facilitate the basic operation of Binwatch. |
The Front Page: | |
![]() |
The front page of Binwatch lets you select a day (by clicking on the calendar) and shows you all the jobs for that day. From this screen you can allocate drivers, mark the jobs as done, enter despatch docket numbers (if you use them) etc. etc.. When you click on a job the job's extended information is shown to the right of the calendar. The list of jobs can be sorted in a number of ways and you can easily make changes to any job by right clicking on the job to bring up a menu of options. |
|
| The order entry page covers entry of all the details of an order such as the customer, the drop off and pick up date (subject to change later), the bin size and the price. It also allows you to enter items such as comments for the driver, comments for the office regarding this job, payment details and where the customer heard about your company. The pick up date is calculated automatically from the drop off date according to a default hire period that you specify. Cash and account customers can have different default hire periods. The price field will be automatically filled in based on the customer, price area and bin size (from price lists that you set up). This price can be overriden if needed. |

Producing Run Sheets: | |

The runsheet screen lets you assign drivers to jobs and also re-order the jobs for each driver so that when you print the runsheets the jobs will be in the order that the driver should do them in. To assign a driver you simply right-click on a job which will bring up the list of drivers that you have previously set up and you just pick the desired driver. Clicking the 'Print Run Sheets' button will print the runsheets. Binwatch has a selection of runsheet layouts which you can use or you can have your own layout added to the system. Run sheets can be printed as many times as necessary and jobs can be added to or removed from a driver's list at any time. |
On-Site Bin List: | |
| The list of on-site bins shows you all the the bins that are currently out on customer's sites. The list is initially sorted by drop off date so that you can easily see the bins that have been out the longest.
This list is maintained automatically by the system, as jobs are completed they are added to and taken off this list. |

Invoices can be produced from Binwatch. They can cover a single delivery (as shown here) or can cover a whole month's deliveries depending on how you want the customer billed.
If the customer supplied their own reference number (or order number) then it would also appear on the invoice. |
